Creating a new House of Magic is hard work. Aria knew she had a tall task ahead of her, cleaning up the mess her family had made in the Nine Realms, but nothing could have prepared her for the horrors that awaited within the Nine Realms.

Dark magic has taken hold of the lands as Aria finds herself in the middle of an ongoing war while playing cat and mouse with Knox, who hunts her relentlessly. To make matters worse, Aria’s creature has grown impatient and is doing everything she can to get back to the monster within Knox, even knowing that Aria’s heart is on the line.

How long can she evade the man stalking her every waking hour as her body and mind fight against the growing need for him to claim her? Can she break the curse that has plagued the Hecate bloodline for over 500 years while protecting her heart?

More book recommendations!

I’m literally sitting on a list of new to me books that I cannot wait to share with y’all. All of these books caught my eye because of their covers. I’m really excited to dive into these books – they sound like they’re going to be really good.

When Stars Fall From The Sky (The Sky Gazers #1) – LaNona Walker –

Omfg, it feels like this book was made for me. SF set in space with action drama and what appears to be a great amount of tension. I cannot wait to read this.

Flame and Starlight (The Esteria #1) – Dana Isaly –

Oh look, another book that looks like it was written for me. You give me Fae, and a tall dark handsome guy who more or less kidnaps a human girl and then a romance? Yes please, fuck. I’m going to inhale this.

Fear the Fall – Melissa Winters –

Oh boy am I a sucker for a book about the rivalry between Good and Evil, Heaven and Hell. Through in a romance and fallen angels…I’m sold.

Let me know if you’ve heard of any of these or read them! Or let me know if you’re going to add them to your own TBRs! Continue reading “3 Books That Hit My Radar #29”

Sept’21 Audible Haul

I know I’m inundating you with audiobook/Audible content. I think this will be the last update for a while – though there might be a separate audiobook haul for October as well. It’s only the 10th and I’ve managed to accumulate quite a few already this month. But we’ll see. If you saw my Audible TBR Update post – then you know I have a plan to get through all of these books.

Though, since I did that post – I’ve tweaked my list a little bit. Are we really surprised? Everything I immediately want to read should now be on it – and I’m honestly not really giving myself the freedom to stray from it. Once I renewed my membership for another year, I had 12 new credits to burn, and burn them I did. I went a little click happy and downloaded and pre-ordered a handful of anticipated reads.

Now the issue is – well it was the issue before, to be honest – but I want to read them all, at once. But obviously that’s not possible – hence the list.

You can check out the updated TBR order – and if you see me straying, yell at me lol.

Seriously. Yell at me and keep me on track.

But let’s take a look at what audiobooks I hauled last month. Continue reading “Sept’21 Audible Haul”
